How does group registration work?

The group leader registers first and receives a discount code to share. Each group member then selects "Prepaid Group Member Registration (Registration + Hotel)", enters the code and books a hotel room after registering. Squad Goals requires at least 3 rooms booked for at least 3 nights; The Big League requires at least 5 rooms per 10 attendees. Hotel rebates are paid to the group leader within 30 days of the required rooms being booked, to the payment method used for registration.
