Partners: what should I know about arrival and setup?

Event registration begins at 10:30 AM; you can set up your table from 10:00 to 10:30 AM. Small materials are welcome, but large collateral such as pull-up banners, or anything that doesn't fit on or under your table, isn't permitted. Because of space, additional company representatives can attend only if registered as a second attendee.
