What is the cost of registration and what is included?

How does the Delta Air Lines / WestJet group air credit work? Can it be shared with the group?
With the Squad Goals package, the group leader will receive one (1) 1,500 air credit. With the Big League package, the group leader will receive one (1) $2,500 air credit.
Once the required minimum number of hotel rooms are booked, the group leader will be emailed the credit details and booking instructions. The group leader may choose to apply the credit toward flights for multiple group members (or for any other booking of their choice). However, only the group leader can communicate with our booking department, and all arrangements must be made on the group’s behalf through them.
I have a promotion or discount code—how do I redeem it? Do these offers apply to the Just the Badge registration option?
You can apply your discount code during the registration checkout process. Please note that promotions, discount codes, Early Bird discounts, and hotel rebates are only valid with registrations that include a hotel booking at Resorts World Las Vegas as part of our hotel block. The Just the Badge registration option is not eligible for these offers.
What is the cost of the hotel?
Hilton Las Vegas – $195 USD per night*
Conrad Las Vegas – $225 USD per night*
* Rates are based on a standard room for May 4–6, excludes $40/night resort fee, taxes, and fees. Upgrades and pre/post nights are subject to availability and additional charges.
Does the hotel require prepayment or just a credit card guarantee?
Resorts World requires a credit card at time of booking and will charge the first night’s room, tax, and resort fee.
How do I book the hotel?
How do I extend my hotel booking if I want to stay longer pre- or post- Ensemble Horizons?
After you have booked your hotel reservation using your passkey link, you may contact Resorts World Las Vegas' General Room Reservations and Hotel Services at +1 702-676-7000 to extend your stay beyond our conference dates.
What if I need to cancel? Is the registration fee refundable?
As outlined in the code of conduct during registration and available on this website, any cancelations after April 4, 2026, will incur a penalty of 100% of the registration fee.
Hotels rooms must be cancelled directly with Resorts World. No cancellations or refunds will be given after April 4, 2026.
Are there additional hotel charges or fees?
A resorts fee of $40 per night plus applicable tax will apply for each room.
No shows will be charged for one night stay including resorts fee and taxes.
A security deposit will be required at check-in on a credit or debit card. The security deposit is $150 per night per standard sleeping room, with a maximum security deposit of 4 nights ($600) per room. Authorization holds take approximately 5 to 7 business days on domestic cards depending on your card company, to release. For international cards, it may take up to 30 business days to release.
Early check out fee is $75.00. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the planned length of stay.
When is the room booking deadline?
Rooms must be booked by April 4, 2026. After that date, rooms are subject to hotel current pricing if the contract rate is no longer available. Current pricing will be given in the hotel booking path.
What time should I arrive? When can I leave?
Arrivals can be anytime on May 4. Check in at Resorts World is at 4:00 PM. Ensemble Horizons begins with our Opening Session at 5:00 PM followed by a Rooftop Welcome Reception on the evening of May 4. The last event is a Closing Awards Party which ends late on May 6. Departures can take place any time on May 7.
Can I get early check-in?
Early check-in is not guaranteed. However, online check-in is available via the Hilton Honors app (with Digital Key option). You will get a push notification when your room/digital key is ready (make sure app notifications are enabled).
What is the dress code? Are there themed evenings?

Closing Awards Party: Cocktail Attire
Yes, there will be evening event themes that will be announced closer to the event.
Can I participate on select days only and pay a day rate?
No, to participate in Ensemble Horizons, you must attend the entire event.
Does Ensemble provide transportation to and from the airport?
No, airport transfers are not provided for Ensemble Horizons.
Uber and Lyft are available and are approximately $30. Limos and private shuttles may be booked through Resorts World’s Concierge at (702) 676-7024 or concierge@rwlasvegas.com.
Can I attend all events at Ensemble Horizons?
Most events are open to all registered attendees. The agenda notes any events that are by invitation only.
Are spouses and/or guests (additional family or friends) allowed to attend Ensemble Horizons and its events?
Ensemble Horizons events are for registered attendees only.
Will the name badges indicate if the individual is a supplier or a travel professional?
Yes, the name badges will have distinctive features that will indicate the attendee type
Are all meals included for the three days? If not, which ones are on my own?
Most meals are included.

Can attendees stay at a different hotel?
Yes, but we strongly encourage everyone to stay at Resorts World Las Vegas. Those staying at Resorts World Las Vegas will receive discounted registration fees and will also be eligible for promotional discounts and added event perks.
Ensemble has preferred conference rates at both the Conrad Las Vegas and the Hilton Las Vegas for you to choose from. Both are very convenient for accessing Ensemble Horizons programming.
The Hilton and Conrad elevator tower connects directly to the conference floor, as well as the lobby. There is no need to navigate the lobby or the casino en route to Ensemble Horizons programming.
Does Resorts World offer personal mobility device rentals?
Yes, the Front Services department at Resorts World Las Vegas is available to assist guests in renting wheelchairs and scooters to enhance accessibility and convenience during their stay. 1:1 NETWORKING
Will networking be pre-scheduled? Do I need to book my meetings?
Yes, all networking will be pre-scheduled 1:1 appointments which you will book on the Ensemble Horizons event platform. You will receive an email once the event website is open for scheduling.
How long are the 1:1 meetings? Are they all the same length of time?
All 1:1 Networking meetings are 10-minutes in length.
Are there any rules surrounding the 1:1 networking appointments?
All attendees must promptly attend all pre-scheduled 1:1 networking appointments. Any cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Any attendees who no-show networking appointments will be penalized and may not be invited to attend future Ensemble events.
When I'm booking my meetings the time zones look off and do not match the agenda. How do I fix this?
This is a time zone display issue. Please go into settings > show in Event Time. This will adjust your calendar to match the conference time zone and the agenda times will display correctly.
How do I know if 1:1 meetings are confirmed?
1:1 meetings that have a solid black line are confirmed. A checked line is still pending.
Will the system let me send a duplicate 1:1 request to the same person?
Yes, unfortunately at this time the system will allow you to send / receive multiple requests from the same attendee. Please review your schedule before sending or receiving new appointments.
