Yes.
Yes. Request upgrades on the Attendee Information Form; they're granted by hotel availability in the order received. Additional pre- and post-event nights can be arranged directly through Century Cruises, copying Ensemble Events. Upgrade and extra-night rates were set out in the attendee information email.
