How do event air credits and travel vouchers work?

Air credits from event promotions are booked through Ensemble. Email your preferred itinerary to booking@ensembletravel.com and the team will apply your credit and book your flights. Any remaining balance can be paid by credit card. Eligible airlines, redemption deadlines and validity are set out in each promotion's terms.
