Over the course of his 20+ year career, Jeremy has worked as a marketer, journalist, trend analyst and public speaker, collaborating with some of the world's biggest consumer brands and travel companies to help them understand consumer behavior, navigate the complexities of today's digital environment and tell better stories.

Scott Jordan is responsible for developing business opportunities and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives for Delta’s portfolio of existing corporate customers and travel management firms based in the Eastern United States. Over the past five years, Scott has been influential in expanding the Delta footprint up and down the East Coast. Scott began his career with Delta Air Lines in 2006 and has held multiple roles in Global Sales including Planning and Analysis, Communication, Market Development and Sales Operations. Scott holds a B.A. in Finance from SUNY Geneseo and an M.B.A in Finance and Marketing from Rochester University’s Simon School of Business.

Christal Bauer is the VP of Operations at Personal Travel Management, bringing 35 years of broad travel industry experience - 20 of those supporting independent advisors. A strategic leader who is both approachable and collaborative, she is passionate about building strong relationships and creating meaningful experiences. Christal thrives on seeing advisors succeed, knowing that the right tools, resources, and community are the foundation of growth. She is especially excited to be back with Ensemble, where the power of partnership truly helps advisors thrive.

Carolina Montoya Jaramillo joined IATA in 2008 in Colombia, managing Passenger and Cargo Agency Programs for Colombia and Ecuador. She later held leadership roles across the Americas and in Madrid, overseeing agency accreditation, airline settlement systems, and interline agreements. After a period in consulting with oil & gas, cargo airlines, and hospitality, she returned to IATA as Assistant Director, Identity Services, leading the Global Data Products portfolio, airline/airport codification, IATAN, and the IATA ID Card program. She also plays a pivotal role in shaping IATA’s digital identity and verification strategy for the travel industry, supporting airlines, agents, and partners worldwide with trusted, data-driven solutions.

One of Leigh Ann Arnholt’s favorite sayings is, “If you want something bad enough, be dedicated to it.” As the leader of Carson Travel, her focus is on her team and overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure their success in the business. 
Leigh Ann has enjoyed over 20 years in the travel industry, with 18 of those years dedicated to leading Carson Travel. Luxury travel, wine tours, and working with her loyal, recurring clients keep her busy. She especially loves leading small groups and introducing clients to new luxury experiences.

Lynda joined Make-A-Wish Canada in 2022, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience spanning the non-profit and media sectors. She has led fundraising and partnerships at organizations such as Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation and Plan International Canada, following senior roles with top media brands including Food Network, HGTV, and Global Television. Recognized with the L’Oréal Woman of Worth award in 2019, Lynda is celebrated for her lasting impact in the charitable sector.
